Electric Golf Cart
A golf cart is a small vehicle designed to carry around two golfers and their golf clubs around the golf course. With a golf cart one can go around a golf course faster and with less effort as compared to walking around the ground. Golf carts are essentially powered by small gas engines or are electrically powered. Modern-day golf carts, due to their styling and accessories included (such as audio entertainment systems, custom wheels, and custom body panels), are in way, small cars. The first electrical vehicle to be produced was the electric golf cart, for private consumer use only. An electric golf cart is a simpler and n easier way to get around the golf course. This golf cart cuts down on the amount of time and energy that one would spend to complete one round of a golf course. Electric golf carts are popular because of their lack of noise and pollutant. These carts are also used to travel around the neighborhood due to their slow speed, as a safety precaution for pedestrians. The design of golf carts has basically remained the same over the years. However, some improvements have been made to the standard features. For example, the batteries of the electric golf carts have been improvised, so that they need not be recharged time and again. Hence, electric golf carts, at present, run for relatively longer periods of time. Modifications such as windshield wipers, headlights, brake lights, turn signals, rear view mirrors etc, are included in many electric golf carts that make operating them on the roads safer. One would also come across electric golf cart motors, parts, batteries, accessories such as golf bags and trolleys etc., over the internet and at leading sports outlets.
